Our Story


After a successful corporate career we embarked in a big and audacious new venture in 2005: the opening of a restaurant with absolutely no previous experience. After several years of learning and working hard our restaurant became a success and today is frequently listed among Houston's Top 100 restaurants. As our lives revolved around great food and great wines we started traveling to gastronomic destinations and, in 2009, we thought about asking friends if they would like to join us. They did and we organized the trip (hotels, meals, sightseeing, transportation, etc.) for the group. The following year we wanted to visit the wine region of Mendoza in Argentina and, again, several friends joined us.

All of a sudden we realized that we were very good at organizing adventures and we loved doing it. Increasingly more people signed up for our yearly adventures and we grew fast. At this point we decided to formalize our love of traveling and formed what today is Mezzanotte Luxury Tours.

Our specialty continues to be focused in great food and wine experiences but has greatly expanded to include art, history, culture and adventure; all of it while indulging in the luxuries of life and travel totally worry and stress free.
